Everybody loves drink coffee is the second beverage drink around the world, but there are so many brands of coffee, some of them are not with the quality enough and can harm your health, for example instant coffee can give you gastritis or colitis. So if you want to drink coffee, better if the best you can get. A lot of peaople ask me what is the best way to drink coffee and my answer is the same everytime, tha best way to enjoy a cup of coffee is tha way you like, how is that? Yes if you like espresso, or american, or with or without sugar, etc. the way you like it is the best way for you, so drink it the way you like it. Now I will share with you some of the benefits to drink a quality, natural cup of coffee.

Fills you with energy. Researchers have found that caffeine stimulates the nervous system, facilitating coordination, improving your mood and your motivation. It also increases energy, stamina and speed, and reduces fatigue.


It helps to be alert and concentrate. Recent studies have shown that increases the ability to be in a maximum alertness and concentration. By increasing mental activity may remove you sleep, although many people cause drowsiness.


Reduces headache. Drink a cup of coffee can reduce or eliminate the headache, as this is due to the tension of the blood vessels in the brain and coffee can dilate them, reducing pain intensity. It also favors the analgesic effect of aspirin.

Reduces the risk of developing cancer. Scientific studies report that coffee is not related to the risk of getting cancer. By contrast, consume more than two cups of coffee prevents various cancers such as colon or bladder, as coffee contains a lot antioxidants. Even the coffee could be the basis for new drugs to fight cancer.


It does not affect the pregnancy. Today it has been shown that daily consumption of 2 cups of coffee does not affect reproduction or generate any negative consequences on a pregnant woman.


It does not affect consumption in childhood. Caffeine does not produce negative effects on the amounts that can consume a child. Studies show that caffeine is not toxic in normal children. Only in hyperactive children it should be restricted because it is a stimulant.

I drink at least a pot a day and while it perks me up in the morning and keeps me awake during the day it never interferes with sleep, or anything else. I’ve come across other articles that show the benefits of drinking coffee but your list packs them all together. Lots of great info on your coffee operation in your other pages.

  3. When I was a child, my parents would not let me drink coffee. They said it would stunt my growth. That seems silly now.

    Do you know if there are added benefits for drinking dark roasted coffee? That’s the way I like it.

    After living in San Francisco, an epicenter of good coffee, I became something of a coffee snob and now only drink the best coffee I can find.

    Incidentally, I’ve read that coffee is healthier if brewed through a paper filter. What do you know about this?

      dark roast coffee restored blood levels of the antioxidants vitamin E and glutathione more effectively than light roast coffee. The dark roast also led to a significant body weight reduction in pre-obese volunteers, whereas the lighter roast did not. Produces more of a chemical called N-methylpyridinium, which helps prevent your stomach from producing excess acid, so darker roast coffee may be easier on your stomach than lighter roast coffee

      If you use a “drip” coffee maker, be sure to use non-bleached filters. The bright white ones are chlorine-bleached, and some of this chlorine will leach from the filter during the brewing process. Bleached filters are also notoriously full of dangerous disinfection byproducts, such as dioxin

      I suggest to use a machine without filter papers, and choose whole grain fresh coffee, drik it black and 2 or 3 times per day.

  4. Thank you for a very informative post. I like drinking coffee, sometimes two cups in the morning. I usually have my coffee in the morning, very rarely in the evening as well.

    I did not know that it reduces headaches so next time I have a headache I may try this. Is it ok to take medicine with coffee if you have a headache?

  5. Hi there, I found your post very interesting as I am an addict to caffeine and have been for years. When I was very young my first full time job was working in a coffee factory where I had a great opportunity to learn how to roast fresh coffee beans, so obviously each roast had to be tested hence the caffeine addiction. I was just wondering about one of your paragraphs as I do suffer from headaches and my doctor told me to limit caffeine content as it constricts blood vessels, I just wondered where you got the info on coffee dilating blood vessels as my headaches haven’t gone even with less caffeine in my diet. And I would like to learn more.
